Practices and Policies
FIRST THINGS
- All clients are expected to complete a health information sheet prior to the first appointment.
- Appointments last approximately one hour.
- At your first appointment expect to talk at length with your practitioner before beginning treatment.
EXPECTATIONS
Alert your practitioner regarding:
- Recent surgeries
- Recent accidents
- Health concerns
- Diabetes and other chronic diseases
EXERCISE
Clients are encouraged to exercise .
- Regular exercise will extend the benefits of treatment.
- Regular exercise promotes an overall sense of well being.
- Exercise contributes to increased energy levels.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Nudity is not required!
- Depending on the treatment you may be able to remain fully dressed.
- If needed you will be asked to "undress to the level of your comfort."
- The practitioner will leave the room while you prepare for treatment.
Clients may be given counseling and/or assignments regarding:
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Herbal regimens
CANCELLATIONS
- Please give 24 hours notice.
- If you do not give notice you are responsible for payment for the appointment.
- This does not apply in case of an emergency.
PAYMENTS
- Payment in full is expected at time of service.
- Insured clients are expected to make their co-pay at time of service.
- Clients may pay by cash, check or credit/debit card.
- I gladly bill insurance.
